All you have to do is:

1 – Print the Refer A Friend PDF above.   2 – Have your friend call us to reserve an appointment.   3 – Have your friend bring in the print out with your name on it so we can credit your account AND now through December 2012, we will give your friend $10 off their choice of a Changes Signature Facial or Luxury Pedicure when scheduled the day of their first service!
