What are Changes Rewards?
Changes Salon designed a loyalty rewards program where you can accumulate points which can be used towards the purchase our hair care, makeup or skin care products. This is a FREE program. There is no cost or obligation on your part. We began the rewards program as a ‘thank you’ for choosing Changes Salon for your beauty needs and to encourage our loyal clients to purchase their at home products that we recommend at our salon.

How do I accumulate points?
It’s easy! You earn 2 points for every dollar you spend on our services. The more services you receive, the more points you earn. Example: $100 in services equals 200 points. 200 points equals $2 off your product purchase. You can accumulate points for 6 months, then they expire if they are not used.

How do I know how many points I have?
You can check how many points you have by asking a front desk coordinator during your visit. Keep in mind your points expire on July 31st and January 31st.

How do I redeem my points?
Your points can be used towards the purchase of our hair care, makeup or skin care products at Changes Salon at any time.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:
— Changes Salon’s points cannot be shared or combined. Each client accumulates points separately.
— Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
— If you don’t use them, you will lose them. Your points expire.
— Changes Salon has the right to modify or cancel points and/or the rewards program at any time.

Our rewards program runs on a six month interval. Points expire one month after the end of each six month program. Example: January through June (points expire on July 31st) July through December (points expire on January 31st)
